Xi Tau Chapter of
Every Semester at LEAD, and every two years at Grand Chapter Congress, Chapters from all around the region/country meet at a central location to learn from one another and get to know brothers from all over the region/country. Many things are discussed at LEAD/Grand Chapter Congress, including awards that are issued to individual(s) and chapter(s) as a whole for outstanding work.
